1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the London Legends GT 2026 website and your participation in the London Legends GT 2026 tournament (the "Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these terms.

The Event is organised by Dr Luke Blaxill, Simon Hughes, and Mark Merfield (the "Organisers").

2. Tickets & Payment

• Tickets are priced at £45 per person, which includes lunch on both days.
• Payment is made via PayPal to paypal.me/londonlegends. Your ticket is confirmed once full payment is received and you have emailed londonlegendswarhammer@gmail.com with attendee names.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed with the Organisers in advance.

3. Refund Policy

Any request for a refund within 4 weeks of the Event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up that place. Refund requests made more than 4 weeks before the Event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

4. Army List Submission

• Army lists must be submitted to londonlegendswarhammer@gmail.com by 11:59pm on Saturday 23rd May 2026.
• Late submission will result in a 5 Tournament Point deduction from your final event score.
• This is an open lists event. Army lists will be published on the London Legends GT Facebook event page approximately one week before the Event.

5. Tournament Rules

All participants agree to abide by the tournament rules, composition system, house rules, and scenarios as set out in the London Legends GT 2026 Rules Pack (PDF). The Organisers' decisions on rules disputes are final.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a sporting and respectful manner. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable, including but not limited to:

• Cheating or deliberate rule manipulation
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour
• Excessive unsportsmanlike conduct

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

The Organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event schedule, venue, or format. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled entirely by the Organisers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

The Organisers are not liable for costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.) in the event of cancellation or changes.

8. Liability

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Organisers accept no liability for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including miniatures and gaming equipment)
• Personal injury, except where caused by the negligence of the Organisers

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Photography & Content

Photographs and videos may be taken during the Event for use on social media and future event promotion. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please inform the Organisers at the Event.

10. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to external sites (PayPal, Facebook, Google Maps, parking information). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

11. Intellectual Property

Warhammer, Warhammer Fantasy, and all associated names, logos, and imagery are trademarks of Games Workshop Ltd. This is an independent fan-organised event and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
