Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
London Legends GT is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable.
We recognise the importance of digital accessibility under the Equality Act 2010 and are committed to providing an inclusive online experience.
What We’ve Done
We have taken the following steps to ensure this website is accessible:
- Semantic HTML – Proper use of headings, landmarks (
<nav>,<main>,<footer>), and ARIA attributes to support screen readers - Keyboard navigation – All interactive elements (links, buttons, navigation) are fully operable via keyboard. The mobile menu can be opened, navigated, and closed with keyboard controls including Escape to dismiss
- Skip-to-content link – A "Skip to main content" link is provided for keyboard users, visible on focus
- Colour contrast – Text colours have been chosen to maintain sufficient contrast against background colours
- Responsive design – The site adapts to all screen sizes from mobile to desktop
- Reduced motion – All decorative animations on the hero section respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query. Users who have enabled reduced motion in their operating system settings will not see animated effects - Decorative elements – All purely visual elements (fog effects, embers, decorative borders) are marked with
aria-hidden="true"so they do not interfere with screen readers - Descriptive link text – Links clearly describe their destination or action
- Page titles – Each page has a unique and descriptive
<title>element
Known Limitations
While we strive to make this website fully accessible, we are aware of the following limitations:
- Embedded Google Map – The Google Maps iframe in the Venue section is provided by a third party and its accessibility is outside our direct control. The venue address is provided in full text alongside the map
- PDF document – The tournament rules pack is provided as a PDF. The key information from this document is reproduced on the website itself. If you have difficulty accessing the PDF, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format
- Third-party services – Links to PayPal, Facebook, and other external sites are subject to those services' own accessibility standards
Venue Accessibility
The Event is held at Dark Sphere, W12 Shopping Centre, Shepherd's Bush, London, W12 8PP. The venue is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
If you have specific accessibility requirements for attending the Event in person (wheelchair access, assistance needs, etc.), please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that the venue itself does not have toilet facilities on-site — these are located outside the store within the shopping centre, past Lidl.
